We are looking for a motivated and dynamic new colleague to join our HR team Nordics in Berlin. In this exciting entry-level role, you will manage various stages of the employee lifecycle, assist with payroll, and support other HR-related functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring HR professional to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Employee Lifecycle: Take responsibility for various stages of the employee lifecycle, becoming the main point of contact for our employees. Your role will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and supportive experience for all team members.
• Talent Acquisition: You are the main point of contact and provide professional recruitment services to hiring managers, local HR stakeholders and candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.
• HR Administration: Provide employees with essential employment documents, including contracts, modifications, and employment verifications.
• Payroll: Coordinate with our third-party payroll provider, prepare post-payroll activities, and manage internal and external reporting, including payroll accounting. Your efforts will ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Knowledge management: Your attention to detail in documenting all processes will help maintain accurate and up-to-date records, enhancing our quality and knowledge management.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Gross annual salary: € 40.000 - € 46.000, depending on qualifications and professional experience.
• In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
• 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
