Junior HR Advisor - Recruiting Support

• Interview coordination: Schedule interviews and tests, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies

• Candidate communication: Conduct initial phone interviews and maintain ongoing communication via phone and email, providing feedback and answering inquiries
• Job postings: Publish and manage job ads on external platforms and internal career sites. Edit, extend, and reactivate ads as needed
• Recruitment administration: Set up recruitment projects, update candidate statuses, and manage candidate applications
• Language assessment coordination: Schedule and manage language verification with external language schools
• Data management: Maintain and update candidate tracking files and compile recruitment statistics
• Employer branding & events support: Assist with job fairs, Open Days, and additional employer branding initiatives
