(Junior) Accountant in OTC

Accountant in OTC is responsible for independent handling of finance accounting based on vouchers and data received in his area of responsibility (accounts receivables) as well as for data verification, investigation and decision making concerning outgoing invoices.

• Receiving and issuing accounting documents either physically or electronically and processing data and vouchers according to accounts receivables procedures, general accounting principles, chart of accounts, cost center structures and applicable country specific work instructions
• Checking and reconciling accounting documents and data received regarding its complete information and clarifying incomplete information according to the accounts receivables procedures
• Posting of bank statements, clearing of bank accounts
• Initiating changes of customer master data in accounting system
• Handling customer inquiries and running the dunning
• Checking and reconciling Eurowings Passenger accounts
