As an IT Solution Engineer / IT Business Analyst , you will be responsible for the following:

  • Evaluation of processes and anticipation of requirements
  • Uncovering areas for improvement as well as developing and implementing solutions for different internal stakeholders
  • Design and implementation of system adjustments in cooperation with the business units and external partners
  • Quality assurance (integrity, consistency, cost-effectiveness) of IT requirements
  • Test and release management
  • Consideration of IT strategy and architecture
  • Collaboration in projects

This role will involve collaborating with business units and external partners to design and implement system adjustments, ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of IT requirements, and contribute to overall IT strategy and architecture.

The ideal IT Solution Engineer / IT Business Analyst should meet the following requirements:

  • University or college degree or similar education preferably in IT or Business Information Systems
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Ability to communicate and present complex topics, facilitate analysis between cross-functional teams
  • Curiosity to analyze and challenge existing system behaviors and seek continuous improvements
  • Innovative mind-set and a passion for IT and IT products
  • Strong team player
  • Skills in agile methodologies are an advantage
  • Experiences in the aviation or airfreight industry are a plus
  • Fluent in speaking and writing English
  • Other languages desirable
  • Must have a valid work permit in the Netherlands
  • A security screening (Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar/Statement of No Objection) is part of the application and hiring process
