  • Take over responsibility for the service portfolio of one of our major IT Service Provider
  • Define and monitor application & infrastructure SLAs/KPIs of our providers and application management service partners
  • Act as a consultant for our business & IT in the domain-specific value streams and projects
  • Manage & optimize IT assets and their costs
  • Ensure IT services comply with security standards and are delivered according to governance
  • Manage escalations toward our providers
  • Plan, oversee & document regular Disaster Recovery Tests
  • Actively steer lifecycle topics (e.g., infrastructure, operating system, and middleware)
  • Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology and update the IT community

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on IT Service Management or a similar role
  • Proficient with on premise provider offerings and cloud computing concepts such as infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS)
  • Experience in license management and and affinity for financial topics is a plus
  • Structured, customer-centric team-player
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in German and English
