IT Project Manager with Team Management Responsibility

• Team management (disciplinary, 30-40%)
• Planning, implementation, and monitoring assigned projects end-to-end (incl. migration of processes to centers)
• Establishing project objectives, developing and following project schedules and budget plans

• Identifying project risks, communicating with stakeholders and conducting lessons learned workshops
• Coordinating project activities with local teams and executives
• Planning and prioritizing tasks in consultation with the executive or program manager
• Designing and implementing defined work packages in the project
• Supporting the stakeholders and managing external providers
• Organizational steering of control and decision-making bodies and regular reporting
• Preparing evaluations, ad-hoc reports and training materials
• Conducting gap analyses and maintaining a close working relationship with local management
• Proactively contributing to further development of project management methodology
• Fostering learning, co-operation and feedback culture
