TasksTasks
- Developing and maintaining the strategic IT development plan and the digital portfolio.
- Maintaining up to date documentation of current enterprise architecture as well as obtaining alignment with leadership team about target pictures and prioritization
- Providing platforms and moderating process of internal project prioritization with focus on IT/Digitalisation.
- Initiating and conducting IT projects. Acting as IT Project Manager / Product Owner in Digital Project / Products and manage the IT Budget.
- Maintaining and further developing the local IT infrastructure as well as workplace solution (incl. meeting room equipment).
- Providing 1st level support to all IT system related questions for users of Porsche Polska and the Porsche Dealer Network.
- Liasing with Landlord and Building Maintenance Vendors in rectifying building related requests & implementations and issues.
QualificationsQualifications
- Master's degree in the field of IT / (Business) Information Science
- At least 5 years of experience, incl. 2-3 years of experience on simillar IT related position•International work experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, MS Excel; Windows n Enterprise / Mac OS•Detailed knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Security and IT / Enterprise Architecture
- Optional: experience with SAP ERP Suite, Middleware and Integration Architecture
