- Working together with business experts, project stakeholders and solution delivery teams to specify, design, implement, test, document and deliver PSImetals solutions to our customers
- Become a reliable partner of our clients and build a relationship of trust
- Develop your expertise in order to be able to advise and design the customer's production processes and system landscape
- Execution of customer workshops, presentations and trainings on specific PSImetals modules
Qualifications that inspire us
Mandatory
- Fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in German and good presentation skills
- Be able to work in Berlin or Graz office
- Technical-mathematical degree in the fields of engineering, computer science, mathematics or comparable
- Proficient and experienced in any of the programming languages and system development. Ready to code for your job (Java, Python, PL/SQL, Javascript or Angular/Typescript)
- Readiness to travel internationally and to work on site with our customers
- Customer-oriented mindset and empathy
- Curiosity to learn new areas and keep up with industry innovation
Beneficial
- Analytical skills, including a deep understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Experience with MES, ERP, L2 systems and Oracle database is definitely a plus
- Knowledge and experience of planning and scheduling (APS systems), transportation, warehouse, logistics or supply chain management systems in the metals industry is a plus, but any industrial experience is appreciated
