• Support our Talent Acquisition Specialists by doing research of qualified job portals • Publish job ads in job portals and social media portals for the DACH region • Accompany the Talent Acquisition Specialists in every process step and databases • Market research of changes in German, Brazilian and Portuguese application market • Research of particularities in Tech-Recruiting
• Studying towards bachelor, master, or diploma (Germanistics or other subject with knowledge about German language) • Must have: fluent in English, basic knowledge in German (A2) • Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills • Very good knowledge in MS-Office • Knowledge of and affinity for social media and employer branding is a plus • Nice-to-Have: Experience in recruiting and Talent Acquisition activities
