Internship Real Estate Services (m/f/d)

We find a roof over everyone's head - from offices to laboratories to industrial sites, we look after our sites worldwide in the Global Real Estate department. We are responsible for BASF's real estate management and ensure optimal use of the portfolio with our real estate services. International and national real estate initiatives as well as the purchase and sale of real estate are part of our work.

For the next possible date you have the opportunity to become an important part of our Real Estate unit and support us as an intern in the following topics:

• The execution of a large-scale global M&A project comprising approx 400 sites (support by market research and desktop analysis of data coming from different sources).
• The implementation of a new Real Estate software/service solution to optimize Corporate Real Estate Management and processes.
• Assessing the needs and setting standards to achieve the companies goals of carbon neutrality.
• Furthermore, you support Transaction Managers in daily work such as research, market studies, preparation of pitch documents.

• ongoing studies in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or Business Economics or a comparable field of studies with relation to Real Estate with a proficient handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint, programming languages are an advantage
• first experience in the real estate industry is desirable
• business fluent in English; German and/or Italian is a plus
• enthusiasm, commitment and a careful way of working
• teamplayer, eager to learn and grow in a multinational team

• We compensate your internship with 850 € per month.
