Internship Project Management (m/f/d)

For the Digitalization & Business Processes Nutrition & Health unit, we are seeking a motivated and proactive intern to support our Project Management Office, Change Management and Communication efforts. Our team handles a wide range of initiatives from large ERP transformation projects to focused change requests to boost our customer's experience.

• In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project managers and support the successful implementation and adaptation by our user communities.
• This position offers you the chance to gain hands-on experience as part of a motivated and supportive team within a dynamic corporate environment.
• Your main responsibility will be to support project managers in coordinating and monitoring project schedules, budgets and resources.
• This will involve assisting in planning and facilitating change management initiatives, as well as ensuring effective communication of changes across the organization.
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of communication and training materials, such as intranet pages, presentations and learning snippets.

• enrolled student in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related field
• strong interest in project management, change management and communication
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• an open-minded and interested personality
