Internship Project and Process Management (all genders)

As an intern in Project and Process Management at Austrian Airlines, which is part of the Business Development department, you will have the opportunity to gain exciting insights into ongoing projects and the process landscape and to help shape them.

During your six months, you will work closely with your colleagues in a solution-oriented manner:

• You organize and support kick-off, stakeholder and other project and process meetings, for example by creating presentations and minutes
• You support the project managers in ensuring data quality in the project management tool
• You create concepts and documents for internal training courses in both specialist disciplines
• You work together with the specialist departments and support the implementation of process improvements, including documentation
• You support process analyses and optimizations in the context of workshops
• You work on the creation of reports and evaluations to monitor and control process performance
