In the Corporate Human Resources unit, we are responsible for managing HR activities within the BASF Group. By developing focused personnel policies, we implement the company's strategy on employee-related issues. Additionally, we design tools for the development and retention of Senior Executives, provide operational support in their personnel matters, and are responsible for their strategic succession planning.
We offer you the opportunity to actively shape and conceptually develop the global leadership development of BASF in our Corporate Leadership & Development unit for 5 to 6 months. We are flexible regarding the next entry points. Please provide your earliest start date and your latest end date. We are currently looking for someone who can start preferably in the middle of August. However, applications for a later date - also for 2025 - are very welcome as well.
- Want to make a difference? From day 1, you will actively contribute to the conception, organization, strategic development, and evaluation of measures in our leadership development portfolio.
- Do you enjoy variety? Based on your onboarding, you support valuable team projects in areas such as leadership culture, leadership training, leadership development, potential assessments, feedback tools, or networking events.
- Thinking big? Together, we analyze trends, challenge the status quo, and drive changes to continuously enhance the global identification and promotion of our best leadership talents.
- Eager to apply your creativity? You assist in user-friendly presentation and professional communication of our concepts, e.g., through presentations, intranet pages, Q&A's, or screencast videos.
- Value flexibility? We structure our projects independently, allowing flexible time management. Depending on feasibility, we work 40-80% from home.
*Periods that last longer than 3 months are only possible through a combination of voluntary and compulsory internships.
- You are studying Psychology, Social Sciences, Business, Humanities, or Communications, and you are in the advanced stages of your Bachelor's or Master's program.
- Your curriculum includes a mandatory internship.
- Practical experience in HR and prior knowledge in areas like Change Management, Training, or Assessment Diagnostics are a plus but not necessary.
- You enjoy working independently, possess good self-organization skills, and are proficient in English as well as in using MS Office applications.
- Your strong conceptual and communicative abilities help bring ideas to life and persuade people.
- You are enthusiastic and full of initiative.
Want to be supported? We emphasize intensive supervision and regular feedback from the very beginning. You become part of the BASF team from day one, tackling challenging work areas and taking on exciting tasks. In our unit, internships are typically compensated at around €1000 per month. Established employee networks within the company, such as LGBT & Friends, Women in BASF, Men's Network, provide opportunities for professional and personal exchange.
