Internship HR Employee Survey - Organizational Psychology (m/f/d)

We are looking for a candidate to join our Engagement Service Team as of now for a term of approximately six months. As part of your mandatory internship, we offer you the opportunity to participate in preparing, implementing and analyzing employee surveys.

• Giving and accepting feedback is our motto: Get to know the survey feedback process used at BASF and work with us to further develop it.
• Forge new paths with us: Follow along with the individual steps of the process and support our committed, dedicated team, which operates globally, independently and on your own initiative.

• Your opinion is important to us: Right from the start, we will emphasize capable and personal support and supervision and regular feedback.

• enrolled student in a program in the social sciences, psychology, business education, business administration or a related discipline with a mandatory internship certificate
• enrolled in the upper division or in a master's or bachelor's degree program and have earned at least 90 credits as well as prior knowledge of work psychology and organizational psychology, personnel management and the methods used in empirical social research
• proficient in using standard MS Office programs
• highly developed communication skills in both German and English
• conceptual and analytical skills as well as independent and reliable working style

• We compensate your internship with 850 € per month.
