YOUR ROLE
  • Become a team member of the Global Adhesives Sales Excellence team, responsible for driving business activities, tools and processes to support the best execution of the sales strategy to shape our ideal salesforce
  • Drive initiatives and support our Sales Program team, with focus on distribution excellence projects within Global Henkel Adhesives Technologies
  • Actively support the implementation of various initiatives globally by developing the required communication material and contributing to roll out activities
  • Assist and contribute to other Excellence areas including key account, territory sales, inside sales
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to create awareness of ongoing sales program projects and drive change
YOUR SKILLS
  • Master student focusing on marketing, communications, business management or similar
  • Experience in a B2B environment, e.g. by former internships or semester abroad, is advantageous
  • Fluent English language skills, German is beneficial
  • Strong MS Office skills, knowledge in Power BI and CRMs is a plus
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and dedicated team-player
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to work at a high level of independence
  • Availability as of now for 6 months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
