In the Performance Materials Division, we develop innovative plastics and foams for all kinds of applications. Whether it is for cars, buildings or sports goods - we always look for the ideal material solution. To do this, we work closely with our customers: from production and logistics to research and sales, all the way to component testing, design consulting and simulation. 

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Join our team from now on for a six months internship! You support the Global Business Management Team of Ultrason® in creating an in-depth market analysis and defining the long-term vision and strategy for the respective business. Furthermore you target to identify organic and inorganic opportunities to grow revenues across or beyond the current portfolio.

• Unleash the power of in-depth research: You conduct comprehensive research to deepen our understanding of the Polyarylethersulfones (PAES) market, challenging existing market intelligence assumptions to inform our strategies.
• You utilize external data sources, including market studies and artificial intelligence, to identify and explain gaps in our current knowledge base.
• Furthermore, you explore untapped market opportunities and new customer potentials, identifying areas for growth beyond the competition.
• Let's dive deeper! You enhance our understanding of the applications and the customer basis on selected market segments.
• Last but not least, you attend fairs and exhibitions to gather new information and insights that contribute to our market understanding.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• current master studies in the fields of Business Administration, Business, Statistics, Chemistry, or related disciplines
• previous job experience in marketing, product management or related topics is a plus
• good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• strong analytical skills, as well as curiosity and eagerness, along with a willingness to develop new skills
• Initiative to actively propose innovative ideas for enhancing and simplifying current processes
• fluent in English to communicate complex topics, any other asian language is a plus
