Dare to make an impact?

• Collaboration with design-, trend-, advertising- and digital agencies
• Project and innovation management in cooperation with all operational and technical departments
• International cooperation and portfolio management/ steering
• Support and define product’s strategic positioning
• Coordination of consumer research in the IC (=insect control) category
• Presentation of analysis and project development to top leadership
• Development of innovation from start to finish including concept, design, communication development, full launch support (mood video, POS material, sales folder, etc.) and follow-up of performances
• Deep analysis of consumers insights, financial KPIs, research, market data, competitor activity and financials in a fast growing category (market research, consumer panel analysis, P&L)

• Student that has successfully passed first semesters of marketing / business administration or other business related studies
• Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
• Strong analytical skills, willingness to work in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated individual, who likes to face new challenges
• Passion for innovation, trends and social media
• Learning agility and high energy level complete the ideal profile

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
