Internship Future Cabin Product (limited 6 months, 80-100%, all genders)

During your internship you support program management with the planning and steering of the project portfolio in terms of schedule, quality and costs and assist preparing relevant Board decision items. You help to track and mitigate risks and enable smooth collaboration between the sub-projects.

• Help with the preparation and organization of program meetings
• Prepare decision items and set the agenda for the respective program governance bodies (e.g. Management Board, Review Board)
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure smooth project interfaces
• Support the Program Management Office with the alignment of various sub-projects
• Assist with the set-up and documentation of various sup-project management plans
• Track program risks and update of program timelines
• Run a small sub-project on your own within the commercial area
