YOUR ROLE
  • Join Adhesive Technologies' Digital Sales Excellence team (DxA Sales Excellence), with a key focus on sales enablement and related processes within our Sales CRM system
  • Conduct analysis and document processes mapped in the CRM system, providing clear insights for improvement
  • Engage deeply with the CRM system to understand workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate across various business units, working with diverse teams to ensure end-to-end process documentation
  • Use Signavio to create comprehensive and structured process documentation
  • Propose innovative process improvements based on your analysis and conversations with various stakeholders 
YOUR SKILLS
  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related studies, ideally focused on digital technologies, with electrical/electronic/IT engineering or similar background
  • Prior experience in CRM systems, process documentation (e.g., Signavio), customer experience, or exposure to agile projects is a plus
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German is beneficial
  • Self-motivated, creative team player with strong analytical skills and a structured working style
  • High digital affinity with a natural interest in emerging technologies and experience with digital tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and challenge the status quo by bringing innovative ideas
  • Availability as of December for six months

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
