YOUR ROLE
- Be a part of Henkel Adhesive Technologies' digital initiatives and collaborate with our global team to shape the future of Industry 4.0
- Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across our MRO and Equipment businesses, taking an active role in driving project management activities
- Systematically document best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer across current and future initiatives
- Support the project management team with the organization, preparation and execution of customer meetings and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Assist in the execution of our global activation plan, including the creation of training materials and onboarding of regional teams
- Take on various responsibilities in an agile, startup-like environment, embracing challenges and opportunities to grow and learn
YOUR SKILLS
- Enrolled student who is either in final year of a Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Master’s degree in business, project management or technical-related studies
- Practical or international experience, such as internships or studying abroad, is preferred
- Experience in project management or demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
- Fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Teams, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong communication skills combined with conceptual and strategic thinking
- Highly motivated team player with a creative, independent and agile working style
- Availability as of now, full-time for six months
We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2025. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
