  • Support international projects with strategic relevance our customers in all project phases from initialization to go-live
  • Help our team in topics around customer loyalty and experience, reservations and information management
  • Support and prepare data analyses and data pipelines
  • Assist in building up and organizing the newly formed Customer Data Delivery team
  • Aid project cost controlling, cost center monitoring and clarification
  • Compile and process project results and documentation
  • Support reporting and communication

The start of the internship is scheduled to start in November 2024 for 6 months by agreement. The internship is remunerated.

To complete an internship at our company, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or you are in the Gap Year between your Bachelor's and Master's studies
  • Experience with MS Office, i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • First experience with databases and handling large amounts of data ("Big Data"), SQL and Python knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and bring a customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to present complicated relationships in a simple and clear manner
