TasksTasks
- Assistance in the operation and steering of retail systems of 28 markets in the Region Central and Eastern Europe
- Self-dependent handling of own projects within the internship period.
- Support in managing different Retail IT topics in cooperation with all internal departments and markets
- Assistance in Corporate IT managing topics as user management/ network/ office infrastructure
- Preparing meetings, documents and support the creation of business intelligence reports
- Assistance in network development topics and master data managementInterdisciplinary collaboration with all departments as well as other subsidiaries and the headquarters
QualificationsQualifications
Qualifications and professional experience
- Studies in informatics, business informatics, business administration or comparable studies
- Ideally first practical experience in technical support and/or project management and/or system administration
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office.Experience in MS Power BI is an advantage
Soft Skills:
- Talent in organization and flexible to work independently
- Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across markets and teams.
Additional Skills:
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus (German, Czech, Russian….)
- Intercultural understanding
