Internship (Business Analysis/Project Management) in the Business Process Automation (BPA – IT) Team

• Supporting in gathering, analysis and documenting of the current state of the toolset used in the BPA Team
• Establishing and managing communication and meetings within the project scope
• Defining, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and IT requirements

• Development of scenarios for a new toolset/ change in the existing toolset
• Supporting, validation and verification of developed scenarios
• Validating and verifying developed solutions after project
• Conducting acceptance tests (UAT) with BPA Team members
• Working closely with the BPA Automation Delivery Manager to define and propose optimized IT solutions/ changes to the application toolset
• Supporting the BPA Team in fulfilling corporate requirements concerning Data Protection and Information Security requirements from IT perspective
• Suggesting strategic and operational improvements and changes to current processes using and implementing agile methodologies like SCRUM or Kanban
