Internship at Operations Performance Management & Development (limited 6-12 months, 60-100%, all genders)

We are looking for a self-driven, motivated person with an affinity for airlines operations and is willing to support a diverse upper-management leadership team. We can offer an exciting workplace with a wide range of different topics, located at ZRH airport.

• HF diploma, Bachelor’s (must have completed at least three semesters), Master’s students or graduates in economics, business administration or similar education
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player, demonstrating interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for organizing activities and events
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills (English and German); must be competent at writing and illustrating analysis, presentations, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization, clearly articulating subject matters in a persuasive manner
• Strong communication skills and experience in conducting workshops, along with a background in change management, are preferred
