WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Are you passionate about Talent Management and eager to make a significant impact? Join our Engagement Services team, where we empower employees and leaders globally to reach their full potential, as part of your mandatory internship for 6 months from July 1st or earlier.

• In this role, you are at the forefront of fostering leadership and employee development excellence through various projects and initiatives, building strong leadership and employee skills, raising awareness, and providing strategic consulting. 
• As part of our team, you will are actively involved in the implementation of a Leadership Development program as well as in the creation of further learning and development solutions for HR colleagues. 
• You collaborate with us on a hands-on level, helping with the project management tasks, creating presentations and supporting materials, as well as organizing various meetings or workshops with internal and external stakeholders.

• Additionally, you maintain our internal communication channels and contribute to further communication activities.
• Finally, you participate in other internal projects, encourage best practice sharing, and identify new initiatives. 

WHAT YOU OFFER

• enrolled student in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a similar field of studies with a focus on Leadership and Employee Development topics
• independent and reliable working style, with good organizational and teamwork skills 
• customer and service-oriented mindset
• strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
• good knowledge of MS Office applications
