- Lean Process Improvement:
- Utilize lean manufacturing tools and techniques to analyze current operational workflows.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste in processes.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement among team members
- Data Analysis:
- Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
- Prepare and present reports on operational performance and proposed enhancements to management.
- Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with various departments to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop solutions to operational challenges and implement best practices.
4. Project Management:
- Lead improvement projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, making adjustments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, preferably within a manufacturing or operational environment.
- Strong understanding of lean principles and experience with lean tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen).
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.
