- Collaboration in the design and implementation of change management measures.
- Assistance in the organization of workshops and training sessions.
- Preparation of presentations, documents and other future-oriented formats for our various target groups.
- Research work for concepts or new, innovative cultural transformation formats .
- Direct support with design & rollout rounds off your topic area.
Your profile
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in the area of business administration or related course of study.
- Strong interest in topics such as corporate strategy, organizational development and change management.
- Fluent language skills in English.
- Experience in using common MS Office tools are a must.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good analytical and conceptual skills.
- Structured, independent way of working.
