Integration Junior Consultant with German (f/m/d)

• Preparing and sending monthly mailings and invitations for MHP’s new joiners, ensuring all calendar invitations are correctly sent out and additional trainings sessions are scheduled. Exceptional proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, is essential
• Managing internal speakers for our onboarding event and preparing the PowerPoint slide deck
• Overseeing the Talent Acquisition and Integration mailboxes, processing requests and answering inquiries
• Assisting team members with operational tasks for additional onboarding events to ensure the smooth integration of our new joiners
• Working closely with the Employer Branding and Recruiting teams, participating in the entire integration process, from attracting talent to recruiting candidates (for example by helping to organize talent marketing events)
• Ensuring adherence to our Together4Integrity compliance processes and being responsible for all necessary checks, calls and tracking tasks
• Managing key internal processes within the Talent Acquisition workflow, such as employee recommendations, recruiting hotline, demand management, documentation for refunding travel expenses to candidates, and integration processes

• Completed Studies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Your working method is characterized by strong organisational and communications skills, creativity, reliability and outside the box thinking
• Fluency in written and spoken German (C1) & English (C1)

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
