Information Security Consultant (f/m/d)

• Assist in conducting security assessments, audits, and risk analyses for clients.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of security controls and policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and implement long-term preventive measures.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of assets and their associated vulnerabilities
• Assist in configuring, managing, and updating vulnerability management platforms.
• Help analyze and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats.
• Provide basic security awareness guidance to teams based on common vulnerability trends

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking (TCP/IP), and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Exposure to IT helpdesk support or similar roles, with a focus on troubleshooting and organization.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT security concepts, such as vulnerabilities, patches, and threat vectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate technical information effectively.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A genuine passion for cybersecurity and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
