Target Salary: $80,000.00-$90,000.00
Summary
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for overall technical administration and configuration of the Time & Attendance system. Ensure accurate configuration to support employee profile setups and maintenance, along with daily interface and time clock monitoring that support ongoing company Time & Attendance policies, payrolls, and overall support to data control in other relating HR systems. Additionally, this role is responsible for analysis of interacting HR system setups, interfaces, and usage approach to improve and ensure effective utilization and processes are in place. The incumbent must perform collaboratively, communicating effectively to multiple audiences, and understand the critical importance of holistic approach, critical thinking, and application through their performance making sound decisions for successful outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Ownership and management of time & attendance system through creating and maintaining configuration; and using effective UAT, analysis and measures to support successful and proactive operations, system utilization, and data integrity.
- Initiate and effectively provide Time & Attendance configuration updates or nuances using forward thinking while ensuring timely impact to supporting HRIS team, data integrity, setups, and accurate payrolls.
- Effectively support and maintain interfaces and respective partner teams related to HCM to Payroll system, Time & Attendance to Payroll processing, and benefit carrier feeds.
- Report development and analysis to support comprehensive regulatory, statutory, vendor, union, and adHoc reporting.
- Monitor and keep pulse on HR systems status, reporting issues or latency with respective vendor or HRIS team as applicable and support appropriate employee communications.
- Timeclock resourcing and management including setup, configuration, and maintenance
- Responsible for working internal support ticketing assignments covering inquiries or issues, and servicing employees, managers, and HR team members for assigned second level / advanced expertise using expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Project work including configuration and implementation of system features not yet implemented or fully migrated to, process improvement or workflow, and department or company-wide projects.
- Develop and deliver effective time management system trainings ensuring ease of end user experience and understanding.
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to areas of responsibility and expertise.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Support, communicate, and knowledge share with HRIS team members to support fluidity and effectiveness across the team and provide exceptional customer service to our employees, managers, HRIS and HR teams.
- Collaborative work and approach, partnering with HRIS team members, Payroll, and HR Business Partners to ensure continual productive work and holistic successes.
- Critical thinking, knowledge initiative in communications, application, and ownership holistically when working independently and within the teams in both tasks and projects.
- Motivated, highly organized, and ability to effectively interact between daily responsibilities and expertise in project work in an actively dynamic environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS/Payroll data
- Experience with ADP WFN, ADP eTime, Kronos WFC, UKG Dimensions
- Experience with Success Factors HCM
- Additional Systems: UKG Request Manager, UKG Document Manager
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
