HR Manager

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating: on boarding, performance evaluation, soft skills training, development and administration, disciplinary and law personnel management
• Supervising the job description process
• Supervising and performing recruiting to grant the personnel needs
• Supervising time keeping, personnel administration and personnel contract and provide guidance
• Supervising payroll flow from and to the external labour consultant
• Negotiate Unions Agreements in cooperation with Managing Director
• Reporting to senior management by analysing data and using HR metrics
• Supervising and granting Medical Visit (pre-employment, periodical, etc)
• Supervising and grant LHT system management
• Serving as point of contact for GDPR internal LHT Lawyer
