As HR Legal Counsel (m/f/diverse), you will be responsible for the design, implementation and adherence to external personnel compliance processes. You will provide advice and support on all employment law issues in corporate and cross-border matters.

  • You identify and mitigate process weaknesses in Germany & across borders
  • You advise on labor law with a focus on opportunities, risks and alternatives
  • You set up and further develop external personnel compliance structures & guidelines based on risk assessments
  • You prepare annual reports on the use of external personnel in the Lufthansa Systems Group
  • You prepare expert reports on issues relevant to external personnel compliance and ensure the clarification & processing of external personnel compliance violations
  • You carry out audits and support the derivation of mitigating measures
  • You define, implement and monitor processes at our global locations
  • You design and conduct training courses

  • You are a fully qualified lawyer, business lawyer or have completed a comparable degree
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the areas of law, compliance or auditing
