- Implementation of the HR strategy in the areas of learning & development, recruitment, employer branding, employee engagement & performance management, talent management and succession
- Active participation in creating and executing training programs
- Advising the Management in employee matters, e.g. structure, organization, remuneration, development
- Diagnosing and solving personnel problems by taking appropriate HR actions
- Participation in the implementation of the remuneration and bonus policy, analysis of personnel costs and HR reporting
- Monitoring and analysis of key HR indicators
- Creating and optimizing HR processes
Do naszego zakładu w Siedlcach szukamy osoby na stanowisko
- At least 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing company
- Experience in employee evaluation processes, competency models, total rewards, succession planning, creating and implementing development plans, as well as training and talent programs
- Ability to build good relationships at different levels of the organization
- Dynamic, proactive approach to problem and conflict solving
- Good knowledge of labor law regulations
- Higher education in the field of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, etc.
- Good command of English (min. B2) and fluent Polish
