Your responsibilities:
Management of the Technical Support Department at our facility in Bad Kreuznach
Responsibility for defining spare part and conversion packages
Optimization of the spare parts inventory in collaboration with the disposition department
Strategic discontinuation management
Technical elaboration of conversion offers and plausibility checks of conversion orders
Development of service products in coordination with our product centers
Preparation of presentations and their internal and external communication, especially regarding conversions
Project-related customer consultations
Supporting the automation of core processes
Strategic development of the Technical Support Department
Your profile:
Technical degree and several years of professional experience in a leadership position
Extensive knowledge of filling and process technologies
A very good understanding of economic and technical relationships
The ability of interdisciplinary and intercultural thinking and acting
Fluent German and English, an additional foreign language would be an advantage
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a goal-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel worldwide
