Head of Project Management and System Engineering (m/f/d)
These are your tasks:
You will be responsible for the disciplinary management of the Project Management and System Engineering department. You will represent the team and, with the involvement of development partners, ensure the necessary capacities and skills for the projects.
You will be responsible for the recruitment and development of your employees.
You track and evaluate technological trends and their implementation. You will actively participate in shaping and further developing processes, guidelines and methods to strengthen competitiveness.
You advise projects with your technical experience as well as on process and project management and take responsibility for the relevant processes. You will also moderate status meetings on development projects.
You will support offers in the conception as well as in the estimation of cost and effort.
Who we are looking for:
You have a technical degree specialized in aerospace or a comparable qualification.
You have deep knowledge of the development processes of systems and equipment as well as project management in civil or military aviation.
You have experience in leading development teams and applying agile working methods.
You have excellent communication and cooperation skills, are fluent in German and English and have a self-organized and determined way of working.
You think entrepreneurially with foresight and showing an integrative and appreciative management style.
