Head of Operations (m/f/d)

We continue to grow and are looking for a new member to strengthen our Management Team. We are hiring a Head of Operations (m/f/d) for our headquarters at Frankfurt international airport in Frankfurt am Main.

• Develop and execute operations strategy that aligns with business goals.
• Design and implement physical & digital processes to improve productivity, enhance quality and delivers on our customer promises.
• Lead, mentor, and scale an international team of operations professionals across logistics, warehousing, and customer service.
• Build, drive and maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, vendors, and suppliers, while ensuring adherence to operational standards and KPIs
• Establish KPIs to monitor, report, and improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery rates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve performance, reduce lead times and lower handling costs.
• Ensure workplace safety as well as customs & supply chain compliance.
