You are responsible for further strengthening SWISS as a top employer. Together with your team, you are the architect of creating a flexible, collaborative, and sustainably healthy work environment in which people enjoy giving their best.

• Design HR strategies that foster our SWISS Spirit, aligned with the goals of SWISS and the Lufthansa Group
• Create a compelling employee experience for all personnel groups, whether digital or in person
• Ensure future-oriented, healthy and competitive working conditions. This includes e.g. compensation & benefit packages or development strategies.
• Steer labour relations strategies together with the line managers
• Support our leaders in their roles
• Ensure labour laws, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards while developing progressive HR policies that balance organizational needs with employee rights
• Lead your team of about 100 HR professionals and foster their growth
• Drive your organization to continuously become more data driven and improve process efficiency and automation
