Together with your team you take pride to not only ensure an impeccable payroll, but you also take care of optimizing our admin processes. You balance various projects on top of the deadline-driven business of your team and you lead change with a clear focus and collaborative leadership.

  • Drive process efficiency, automation and outsourcing, focussing mainly on admin processes
  • Ensure correct and timely payment of salaries and settlements with all relevant interfaces
  • Ensure timely and correct implementation of all required internal and external regulations including our CLAs
  • Further intensify the collaboration with our provider for admin services
  • Deliver agreed upon services to our HR customers Edelweiss, LH Aviation Training CH and Swiss Aviation Software
  • Actively work with your relevant interfaces and ensure smooth processes
  • Further develop your organization
  • Plan and monitor the monetary and FTE budget for your department
  • Lead a team of about 4 direct reports / 25 people
  • Be an active part of the HR leadership team and work on overarching topics

  • Degree in business administration or comparable professional training
  • Track record of leadership experience
  • Proven knowledge of complex payroll systems, social security,tax law and accounting
  • Experience with internal and external audits
  • Very good knowledge of SAP payroll systems.Knowledge of UKG and SuccessFactors beneficial
  • Expertise in process optimization and automation
  • Experienced in collaborating with admin service providers beneficial
  • Good understanding of all key HR processes
  • Proven experience in leading change
  • Thriving in a fast-paced,versatile and changing environments
  • Collaborative,hands-on and can-do personality
  • Very good spoken and written German and English skills
