Head of Financial Accounting Quality (80-100%, all genders)

The Head of Financial Accounting Quality is a vital part of the SWISS Accounting management team and plays a crucial role in shaping the financial integrity and efficiency of our organization

• Manage our global operational R2R processes in close collaboration with functional departments and our business service partner
• Ensure compliance with local requirements and high-quality financial statements of our international activities by collaborating and steering stakeholders
• Design, implement and document best-in-class financial processes & solutions, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, including IT, to drive efficiency in our organisation
• Responsible for a small team of 2-3 financial accounting consultants and their professional development
• Apply project and process management methodologies to efficiently navigate and manage complexity
• Act as risk champion and coordinator for the accounting division’s Internal Control System
• Contact point for internal and external auditors
