Your Role
- Your main task is to build a prospering and robust Defence unit within Capgemini Engineering Germany.
- You constantly shape the units portfolio, acording to the implemented business strategy. Not only by hand selecting the brightest minds in the industry, but also, by developing the existing team towards an intrinsically driven talent breed, that is dedicated to constant learnership.
- You manage to built an international cross-divisional Defence Network within the international Capgemini Defence Community.
- You build the units success and market reputation in client meetings and develop customer focused, yet profitable offers to acquire the right projects for your ambitious goals.
Your Profile
- In depth industry experience and a proven management track record within the Consulting industry in Germany.
- A positive, results-oriented working style is shown through active listening, motivation, delegation, and influence, while also being hands-on to ensure tasks are completed as needed.
- An engaging and open interpersonal style, combined with analytical pragmatism and technological competence, is essential for necessary dissecting the highly complex issues we face.
- An entrepreneurial style that incorporates internal and external partners to ensure, speed and quality when implementing best in class solutions on customer level. That way we achieve appropriate objectives for our clients and Capgemini.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with professional staff, senior executives, and the broader business community, ideallx also in German language alongside business fluency in English.
