Head of Customer Project Management & Product Development (m/w/d) Aviation
These are your tasks:
You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the "Project Management & Product Development" department and create a positive and motivating working atmosphere to ensure efficient collaboration.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management of customer projects in the aviation aftermarket (retrofit/modification). This starts with supporting the sales department with customer enquiries and ends with the installation of the products at the customer's site.
You will also be responsible for product management and the development of specific Diehl aftermarket product solutions.
You will be responsible for the creation, monitoring and implementation of project management processes including project start, planning, implementation, controlling, project crisis/escalation and project completion.
Who we are looking for:
You have a university degree (e.g. engineer (m/f/d) mechanical/aircraft engineering or industrial engineer (m/f/d) or comparable) as well as several years of specialised professional experience in project management in the aviation industry.
You have several years of professional experience in the project business with proven success in the operational responsibility of major projects.
You have specific expertise in cabin integration projects.
You have experience in leading teams and project managers.
Your profile is rounded off by a confident negotiating manner, good communication skills in english and german and a willingness to travel.
