  • Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our Crew Management Systems
  • Drive key IT and business initiatives in Crew Planning & Disposition to enhance efficiency and innovation
  • Oversee the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of all Crew Management Systems, including manpower planning, pairing, rostering, and tracking
  • Ensure CMS availability, accuracy, and performance to deliver optimal value in crew planning processes
  • Ensure compliance of Crew Management Systems with all legal and contractual obligations.
  • Define coding standards affecting CMS
  • Provide support to SWISS management in negotiations with unions, focusing on improving crew productivity and quality of life

  • Degree from a university of applied sciences or comparable expertise
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in airline operations and commercial business
  • Ability to think and act cross-departmentally
  • Knowledge of EU data protection regulation and local data protection laws
  • Strong customer focus and innovation orientation
  • Excellent communication, social, and leadership skills
  • Proven project management experience
  • Knowledge of Crew Planning and/or Disposition is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), German is a plus
