Head of Controlling (all genders)

You are responsible for overseeing financial controlling across all LH InTouch locations, ensuring consistency in controlling practices & reporting. It includes strategic & operational planning, reporting, cash management, pricing analysis & development of unit cost & revenue controlling models.

• Oversee annual budget, in-year forecasts & rolling planning
• Ensure accurate & timely monthly, quarterly, annual financial reports for all LH InTouch operations. Communicate results with LH InTouch Management and Lufthansa partners.
• Oversee invoicing, cash management processes & related reporting.
• Manage year-end audit processes, serving as primary contact for auditors.
• Lead cost-saving initiatives on global level & ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with Client Program / Provider Management to calculate prices for tenders, refining price calculation mechanisms.
• Drive the evolution of the internal controlling framework.
• Develop & refine KPIs to improve LH InTouch’s cost efficiency & financial health.
• Lead and mentor the Group Controlling team, fostering a high-performance culture
