Position Overview
About the team
The Head of Co-Brands is accountable for the implementation, development and portfolio management of co-branded card products that are (other than traditional card products and CaaS) sponsored by Deutsche Bank and a co-brand partner. Miles & More has been the starting point into a new era within the co-brand sphere. Linked to this role is the ownership of the respective co-brand PnL and the e2e responsibility for the underlying co-brand product related processes. That includes securing operational processes required for the co-brand product. Driving growth and developing the co-brand portfolio strategically are at the core of Product Management Co-Brands.
Your Key Responsibilities
Managing the implementation and launch of the Miles & More co-brand product (including initial customer conversion project) together with partners
Conceptualising and implementing an operating model together with Miles & More to realise portfolio growth by planning, designing and implementing necessary product developments and growth initiatives
Ensuring management and maintenance of the co-brand portfolio within day-to-day business to operate co-branded products and underlying reward programs in consideration of customer needs, market trends and competition and in compliance with regulatory and mandatory requirements
Ensuring operability of co-branded card products by managing thoroughly processes and interfaces within the organisation and to external partners
Leading and implementing co-brand strategic growth projects to foster the efficient extension of the co-brand portfolio
Managing the Co-Brand PnL in line with business case by driving growth, managing costs and initiating and implementing efficiency measures
Your Skills and Experience
Profound knowledge of co-branded card products incl. value chain, operating model and eco-system - knowledge of the Miles & More program and/or the Deutsche Bank IT setup is considered as an advantage
Multi-year experience in implementing complex/cross-divisional projects and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
Strong focus on solution design and pronounced assertiveness
Outstanding capability of bridging and negotiating stakeholder interests and requirements
Distinct leadership skills to run an expert team across locations
Entrepreneurial teamplayer with a strong commitment and willingness to deliver
Superior communication skills to ensure information flows across organisational layers (from working to board level)
