Head of Cargo, Shanghai

The Head of Cargo, Shanghai is responsible for:

• Responsible for Shanghai station commercial results and operations reporting to Head of Greater China
• Define the strategy with Head of Greater China to ensure the most optimal results for Swiss WorldCargo in terms of special products as well as general cargo in Shanghai market
• Identifies and manages opportunities with existing customers with the goal to negotiate new profitable business focused on long-term or regular business
• Enter into the transportation agreements with customers, include hard block or soft block agreements
• Acquires new customers and identifies new business with the help of SWC sales tools and external sources of information
• Identifies and avoids co-loading business within existing customer portfolio
