Team / division overview DWS has a 3 lines of Defence (3LoD) governance model in which NFRM independently oversees the Risk Profile and Risk Appetite adherence for all Non-Financial Risks within the global organization. In DWS, Non-Financial Risk (NFR) consists of Operational Risk and Reputational Risk. Non-Financial Risk Management (NFRM) as 2LoD is responsible for establishing the framework for NFR management including policies and procedures as well as related oversight activities concerning NFR Risk Identification, Assessment, Mitigation, Monitoring and Reporting, Control Governance, as well as Risk Appetite. In this capacity, NFRM works together with other Control Functions who perform a 2LoD role to oversee their respective NFR types. Role Details As the Group Head of NFRM, you will be a member of the Risk senior leadership team and a partner to DWS executive management to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of non-financial risks across the organization. The role involves developing and leading the implementation of the non-financial risk management strategy across the organization, developing and implementing risk management frameworks accordingly, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of risk awareness throughout the organization.
