WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For our Battery Materials group, we are looking for a Global Process Owner. This position is a fixed-term role with a duration of 18 months.

• You are the single point of contact and Process Owner for the functional P2P stream, responsible for defining and owning the end-to-end process for Battery Materials that spans cross functions, geographies and organizational units.
• As an ambassador of the ERP system (S/4Hana), you manage all communications related to its implementation and functionality.
• Your key responsibility is to provide valuable input in the definition, standardization and ongoing improvement of processes.
• You focus on achieving cost-effectiveness, leveraging technology and automation as well as ensuring data security, all aligned with the strategic goals of the Battery Roadmap.
• Additionally, you contribute to the nominations of subject matter experts (SMEs) and key individuals from various regions, countries and sites, as well as support further project preparation activities such as request for quotation (RFQ) and bidding processes.
• You will also steer and coordinate business requirements into user stories in collaboration with service units and implementation partners.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• completed bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, logistics, IT or a related discipline                                
• several years of professional experience in the P2P / S2C as business expert, requisitioner, buyer or support function   
• expert knowledge in SAP MM (SAP MM Modul, R/3 and/or S/4)          
• strong process orientation as well as strong communication and presentation skills
• business fluent in English and German both verbally and in writing
