YOUR ROLE
- Drive overall experimentation program for Henkel Consumer Brands globally, orchestration of our Global Learning Agenda and steering along experimentation goals/ KPIs
- Analyze & consolidate media, content & marketing experiment results using strong analytical skills & perspective to derive global learnings and orchestrate scaling and adoption of learnings across categories and markets
- Enable and support market roll-outs & onboardings with state of the art experimentation toolkit, trainings & playbooks, methodologies and data sources
- Educate & engage experimentation community with coaching sessions, strong learning sharing and further engaging formats
- Support digital media transformation, innovation, collaboration and knowledge sharing across brands and markets
YOUR SKILLS
- University degree in Business Administration / IT / Media or similar area
- 8 years practical experience in the fields of digital marketing / media with focus on paid media, e.g. work experience in a media agency / FMCG company / ad technology company etc.
- Solid expertise in media planning (TV/Digital etc) & online video / social buying, campaign management, KPI analysis and optimization across all relevant media platforms (ideally cross-market)
- Practical experience with experimentation and media, brand lift & ROAS measurement (e.g. A/B tests, brand lift studies, geo experiments etc.)
- Persuasive communication and strong analytical skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders across functions, countries and external partners
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint) and first experience with tools like PowerBi
- Fluent English language skills
