YOUR ROLE
  • Lead development, execution and deployment of the future Henkel Consumer Brand’s Content Strategy
  • Shape recommendations for future creative operating model and system to significantly increase creative effectiveness
  • Shape the overall Marketing Transformation especially the Content transformation (incl. transformation plan, target picture and priorities)
  • Design the content operating model
  • Define future production processes and brand governance
  • Responsible for orchestrating complex and technical workstreams across cross functional teams, on key topics related to Content Strategy
  • Enable user audiences and business owners to run more effective and efficient operations along key marketing objectives/media processes
  • Provide strategic advice on topics relating to the marketing transformation process

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience content strategy and transformation initiatives
  • Experience in content creation processes managing creative projects from ideation to execution, preferably in a global or regional context
  • Strong content affinity, with a deep understanding of creative operating model and system
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of GenAI and content-related technologies
  • Fluent language skills in English
