YOUR ROLE
- Ensure robust product compliance governance and enforcement
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for adhesives technologies on global scale
- Conduct independent reviews and assessments to ensure adherence to product compliance standards
- Plan and execute compliance audits to assess the effectiveness of policies & procedures compliance controls
- Collaborate with various departments and lead projects to ensure adherence to compliance requirements while mitigating risks associated with non-compliance
- Conduct product compliance training programs on mindset and best practices
YOUR SKILLS
- Master degree in Business Administration, Legal, Engineering or similar
- 3 years of experience in Audit, Consulting, Risk management, Compliance, Governance or similar roles
- Very good project management and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge about product compliance and risk management principles
- Fluent in German and English
